First Day of Summer

Some weekends need their own weekends.  And that's what last weekend was for me.  Friends came to town, restaurants were discovered, amazing views were admired, and my sister's birthday/arrival of the Fifa World Cup was celebrated.  You know what I realized? How much of Charleston I haven't seen yet.  Having people in town who are eager to do new things is refreshing.  It makes me feel like there's so much adventure left that needs to be discovered, and I need to get on that before my time here runs out.

Thank you present from my sister.  J'adore L'aduree.
Birthday dinners on East Bay
Birthday brunches at Charleston Place.
Pre-summer has been looking quite fabulous.
With that said, Happy first day of summer!
