S'mores Pie

Fall is usually the time when I begin to overdose on s'mores.  The weather transitions from summer to autumn, the changing leaves, and the bonfires start to begin.  Because our cold front in Carolina decided to show up late this year, bonfires are still going about and what complements them more than s'mores?  I usually attempt to make some kind of s'mores cupcake, and even more recently a pumpkin s'mores bar, but this time I wanted to try something different.  Inspired by the Nestle Tollhouse pie from Kaminsky's and the chocolate peanut butter s'mores at Prime 112 in Miami, here is a delicious (& nutritious for the heart) s'mores pie.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
Warning:
This is the richest pie on the face of the Earth, but my gosh it is so so good.
