Miami Photo Diary

I've only been down to Miami once before, and that was to watch the Miami Heat play against the Bulls (by the way: best game ever. double overtime win at the buzzer).  I wasn't fortunate enough then to stay longer than 4 hours & experience the beauty behind the city.  This December, our family decided to head down south to take a glimpse into the food, culture, and life style of a place that doesn't even seem like it should belong in America.  Spanish music on the beach, French pastries on the streets, and a huge variety of people shopping on Collins Ave. With views this beautiful, it's hard to wrap your head around pictures that almost look like paintings.
Resort life pools with cabanas and buildings as back drops-
even fashion ads were being shot poolside.
In the Miami Design District-
where we were fortunate enough to meet Lebron James!

and of course, south beach.

Sometimes it is so amazing to see how blessed we are to experience such great places. I have never been so thankful for my wonderful family, and the time I get to spend with them.  These moments will be some that I will remember for the rest of my life- and I wouldn't want to spend them with anyone else.  Miami, it was so hard to part ways with you- but I just know we will meet again.

Alhamdulilah for everything.
