the angel oak tree

There's a tree here in Charleston called the Angel Oak Tree.  I had never heard of it before my mother mentioned it to me, but it is said to be one of the oldest living things in the country.  As we pulled up into John's Island, the sight of the tree took our breaths away.  It is around 1500 years old, and the elongated branches were so heavy that they fell onto the floor.  If I had known this beauty existed, I would've put it on my bucket list a long, long time ago.

If you're ever in Charleston, this is definitely a sight to see.
God is so amazing.
